We liked our time at the hotel, thanks. A cool bonus was nearby gelateria prima o poi, that offered tea and coffee. Belvedere Viewpoint was situated on the doorstep.

Excellent accommodation, friendly helpful staff.superb location on lakeside and amazing breakfast. We combined visit with two days in Venice and time with relatives. Excellent for short break,weekend or longer stay to explore Lake Garda area.

We booked a room with balcony, but got a room without. We had to fight to get the right room.

View from room. Location and the staff were very helpfull. Room was kept very clean and towels and robe were changed daily. The food served in restuarant was very good.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in front of the lake!
I have found this hotel to be very overpriced ! The room we had was facing a back street (no view), a TV and a fridge were not working ( and there was nobody to take care of it because of the weekend !) , closet doors very hard to open ,all furniture and carpet quite worn off, stained. Practically no internet accesss- a conection was so poor it was not usable.

An excellent hotel with super-friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room with a high standard of comfort. Excellent breakfast. Well located on the lake front. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I am next visiting the region.

The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of meats, bread, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, too plentiful to list here. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Torbole is a great town with a laundromat just down the road from this hotel.
The hotel is old and this was evident in the room we stayed in. There was a lot of noise even with the windows shut. Parking is not on-site and is quite a hike from the hotel. A couple of 15 minute parks are available outside the hotel, but these were filled with about 20 motorbikes so we couldn't check out until around 10.15am as there was nowhere close enough for us to park our car to load our luggage.

Best hotel location in Torbole. Very nice rooms and lake view. Fantastic breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.
The WiFi did not reach out to the outdoor breakfast/restaurant area, but that was not a huge problem.

the view was wonderful and the room was made to feel bright and clean and modern. The tall young blonde lady who showed us to our room was so kind, friendly and helpful.
Our room overooked the balcony which unfortunately had a group of people who stayed up very late drinking and singing. They also banged their doors alot during the early hours. When I left, I waited a while for a member of staff so I could hand my key in. I was standing with a large suitcase, rucksack and handbag, thought this would indicate I was leaving. However, the dark haired lady took my key then called me back when I reached the door. She said I needed to pay. I felt uncomfortable, because I had thought the room had already been paid. But, then I thought I was not trying to leave without paying, I made it quite clear I was leaving, the receptionist should have seen my suitcase and realised I wasn't going sight seeing with it in tow

Good location, beautiful view from the window (lake side room). Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, big choise, perfect morning coffe. Very comfortable bed, good sleep. Bathroom is big with real normal bath. Wireless internet access. All facilities works perfect and is new enough.
